Returns

Please email us at support@ancientearthclothing.com to submit your refund request. You will be provided with details on how to lodge your return within 48 hours.

We are unstaffed on weekends. All replies are given between Monday and Friday.

 We hope you love your online purchases from Ancient Earth. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the item/s you've purchased. Returns are accepted within 14 days for UK purchases and 28 days for international from the date of purchase for Full Price items. Returns must be lodged through registered post. (please keep receipt as proof of posting, we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels) We do not offer refunds or returns for discounted or discontinued stock but may be able to offer an exchange. 

Jewellery will not be accepted as a change of mind for hygiene reasons.

we encourage you to choose tracked postage as we will not be held responsible for any lost post. 

Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered in any way or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest our customers try on purchased garments as soon as they are received to ensure return times can be met.

Pease note we acknowledge and adhere to the Consumers Act 2015 and as such sale items can be returned within 14 days for exchange, replacement or return. We will accept 30 days for international orders.

Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Ancient Earth Clothing.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange any clothing item within 30 days of purchase for a different size or colour as required.  Our garments are exclusive and limited so to avoid disappointment we recommend selecting your new item as soon as possible.

In the instance of exchange, Ancient Earth will send replacement items out free of additional postage charge, however returns parcels are charged to the customer at the time of posting.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of issue. They can be partially redeemed, and used again, or used alongside a cash purchase. Goods purchased with the voucher can be returned for an exchange but not a cash refund.

RETURNS PROCESSING

When we have the items back in our possession, we will review them for quality clearance. Once this has been approved successfully, you will receive your refund of the purchase price. If you have ordered a return for exchange, we will send the item out with no additional charge for post. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are approved but please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed by the bank. You will receive an email notification on the status once processed by us. You may need to check spam. 

International refunds may take up to 25 working days depending on the length of time for us to receive and process from the origin country.

PLEASE NOTE

Ancient Earth retains the right to amend and update these policies when required. These changes will come into effect as soon as they are published and live on our website.
